KARATE CLASS SCHEDULE
CHILDREN AND ADULTS

Classes are centered around the fundamentals of traditional Japanese karate stances, punches, kicks, and combined movements. Japanese traditions and mannerisms are also part of classes.
Each class begins with a brief warm-up, followed by a traditional greeting that prepares students for the mentality of karate training. Basic foundation practices, kata, and stages of
All ages and ranks. Classes are separated by age only.
The dojo is a learning atmosphere. At Southern Utah Wado Kai it is our philosophy that all ranks have something to learn from one another.
Testing for advancement is part of karate training. Tests are by invitation only, whereby students must demonstrate a clear understanding of pre-arranged required skills, and who have had exemplary attendance.
Learn the same techniques as the Olympians. Japanese karate is the official karate style in the 2020 Tokyo Olympics!
