What to Expect at Southern Utah Wado-Kai Karate
At Southern Utah Wado-Kai, classes are rooted in the fundamentals of traditional Japanese karate, including proper stances, punches, kicks, and combination movements. Japanese customs, etiquette, and dojo manners are an integral part of each class, creating a respectful and focused training environment.

Each karate class begins with a light warm-up, followed by a traditional bow-in ceremony, which helps students prepare mentally for training. Students will learn:
